About Resilience Osteopathy

At Resilience Osteopathy, the focus is simple: helping you move better, feel stronger, and live fully — whether you’re managing everyday aches or preparing for a demanding physical challenge. Treatment is hands-on, evidence-based, and always tailored to your individual needs.

Resilience Osteopathy is led by David, a qualified osteopath with experience supporting people from all walks of life. His approach combines clinical knowledge with empathy, trust, and a genuine commitment to helping you recover and perform at your best.

Alongside private practice, David provides ongoing treatment, injury management, and pitch-side emergency care within competitive rugby. He supports both the first men’s and women’s teams at Maidstone Rugby Club , managing acute injuries and rehabilitation throughout the season.

He has also worked with high-performing individuals including Mitch Hutchcraft — a former Royal Marine and record-setting endurance athlete who completed an 8,000-mile triathlon. Whether you’re returning to exercise, managing long-term discomfort, or pushing your limits, the aim is always the same: to help you move with confidence and resilience.

“David treated me during a critical phase of my preparation for the 8,000-mile triathlon challenge. His clinical precision, attention to detail, and deep understanding of how the body performs under extreme stress made a real difference to both my performance and recovery. I’d recommend him to anyone serious about optimising their physical health.”

“Since David joined Maidstone Rugby Club, the standard of player care has significantly improved. His professionalism, rehabilitation expertise and clinical judgement have ensured injuries are managed thoroughly and players return to play safely and effectively. David has become an integral part of our performance structure and a trusted member of the squad’s medical support team.”

“After my stroke, I was left housebound and had lost movement and sensation in my foot. With David’s gentle support, I gradually regained confidence, improved my balance and — to my amazement — some feeling and movement in my big toe. His care made a real difference to my independence.”

“Before my knee replacement surgery, I was in constant pain — I could hardly walk or sleep. After a treatment session with David, the change was incredible. Within days, the pain had eased, I could sleep again, and I was walking more comfortably. I went into surgery in a much better state than I ever expected. If I had found David earlier, I could have saved myself a lot of pain and discomfort. I’d absolutely return to him for treatment in the future.”
